“Yields Ease & Oil Drops: Key Stock Breakouts Ahead”
$TSLABearish
TSLA faces near-term resistance at ~$400; momentum is fading and consolidation is needed for a breakout.

Next up on into Tesla. Tesla pushing up like much of the market this morning, but look at this drift higher that we've had here on Tesla. It's been a great push, but it's someone somewhat losing some steam.

And you can see that because we're not putting in any sort of proper move up consolidation move up consolidation methods. What I see here like on these other charts that have had significant breakdowns from trend lines.

This one highlighting also it's a common date guys back to that April 2025 low connecting pivot to pivot. So that clearly illustrates we've got an X marks the spot right here for Tesla right around $400 where I likely see resistance on Tesla in the near term. something that would likely take some consolidation to break through on that chart.

TSLA technicals are bearish following a failed breakout above 383; potential for a tactical broken bounce if 351.67 is reclaimed.

some people like, "What the hell happened to uh Tesla?" I'm like, "Well, you know, Tesla uh put in a red dog reversal bearish candle right here." I try and give you guys candlestick analysis on the weekends.

You know, my candlesticks matter. I'm not trying to like be political. I'm just saying that candlesticks matter if you actively trade for a living. And right here, this was your prior high.

So, what did it do? It kind of did a red dog reversal where it went above 383 and failed. And then this bar was bigger than the last four. What does that tell you? That tells you it has power and control.

And you you pushed through the 200 day. They baited everyone in and then and then came back below. So, right there after a move from the lows here, it told you if you're active, get the hell out of the way or get short.

Then three down days below all the moving averages into this spot. Okay, where did it get to yesterday? Got to 35167.

Believes in TSLA long-term growth; prefers trading via options/credit spreads rather than direct stock ownership due to volatility and technical setups.

Easy profit is asking Tesla vs. SpaceX.

For a long time, I wasn't keen on trading Tesla stock, but I believe in its long-term growth. I also believe in both SpaceX and Tesla , and I think the technology they have is interesting.

On the other hand, the negative argument against the two companies is that the technology is available to everyone, and that Elon Musk's departure will cause their stock price to fall over time.

TSLA valuation is high but justified by superior growth and quality.

What is the idea behind Uber? Because I believe the danger lies in Tesla deploying self- driving taxis everywhere. We've been waiting for Elon Musk to launch self-driving taxis since around 2020.

So, this is a simple advantage for Tesla, isn't it ? That wasn't the idea that you park your car, put it in the pool, and work occasionally. She pays for it herself. During peak hours, it works and pays for itself . Okay.

“Tesla & SpaceX Merger All COMES Down To This”

Tesla-SpaceX merger is a matter of time; success depends on Tesla shareholders modeling SpaceX's value to support the vote.

Your team says the Tesla and SpaceX merger could be announced this year. I agree. This year? I'm currently recording it at the end of September. Of course it's possible, but there's not much time left.

But at some point, it will definitely be proposed to investors. In my opinion, it's just a matter of time.

Tesla is exciting due to the massive potential of humanoid robots; entry timing was slightly premature but acceptable.

Thank you to Shaun D and TND Tesla and Cipher Sniper and Cade for being here.

Tesla down 6%,

And I may have been a bit premature and mayulpa getting into the physical AI world. I still think the biggest TAM on Earth total addressable market is humanoid robots. That's one of the reasons I'm very excited about Tesla, but I may have gotten in a little bit early, but that's okay. Better to be early than late in my opinion.

Tesla is overvalued; $18-19B operating cash flow doesn't support $1T cap, $26B capex exceeds it, and 192x forward P/E is unjustified by slowing growth and falling margins.

Finally, let's talk about a company that invests heavily in artificial intelligence while its business continues to decline. If we go back to 2022, we recall when Tesla was expecting 50% annual growth and a 25% gross profit on all the cars it sells.

That seemed reasonable at the time, but remember that the automotive sector is essentially a commodity sector. Once they came to this realization in 2023, their revenues remained almost constant for 3 years.

Look what happened to the growth rate, okay? It has fallen into single digits , even going negative in 2025, and has risen slightly here, but their operating profits have declined.

Tesla's profits, and more importantly, its operating profit margin, have fallen sharply. The operating profit margin was only 4.2% over the past twelve months. This is the expected margin level from a car manufacturer.

Ultimately, Tesla is a car manufacturing company.

TSLA is in a long-term downtrend/distribution phase; current recovery is a tactical freeze lacking upward momentum.

Tesla is somewhat similar to, umm, which one? Amazon has been turned upside down . So, Amazon has been trending downward over the past two months, but it hasn't quite fallen below the support level.

I would say that Tesla gapped down in July after earnings and continued to fall for about another week before finally finding support at around $300 a share. Since then, the graph has actually become quite good .

We have managed to recover some key short-term levels and the 50-day moving average, which is very encouraging, but we are still struggling below a 200-day moving average that is trending downwards .
